环信即时通讯rest api的php调用添加好友接口问题

有人用过php去调用环信接口吗？为什么加好友总是不成功，其他都可以，和加好友只是method不同的删除好友都没问题，求高手解救

下面是加好友的代码，测试加好友没有问题，你参考一下。
